A famous track appears and you choose the decade it was released in, from the 1960s all the way to the 2020s. Sixties rock sits next to disco, grunge, and streaming-era pop, so Bohemian Rhapsody and drivers license end up in the same quiz.
A trivia round that starts arguments
Play it in a group and you will hear the same sentence over and over: there is no way that song is that old. Everybody anchors on the year they first heard a track rather than the year it was recorded, which is why teenagers and their parents miss the same questions for opposite reasons. Fifteen questions are drawn from a pool of thirty each round, so a rematch never feels identical.
