What do feminine and masculine energy mean?

Everyone shifts between the two over the course of a day, and this test simply looks at which one you lean on more in relationships.
How to read your result
Neither side is better, and there's no such thing as being "feminine enough" or "masculine enough." Your dominant side also reflects your current season of life: someone carrying a lot of responsibility naturally leans masculine. The useful question is whether this balance feels good right now, or whether you feel stuck in one mode. If it's the second, opening small pockets of space for the other side tends to help.
