Trivia Night

⚖️ True or False Quiz

30 true or false questions drawn from real, checkable facts. Every round gives you 15 of them — and at least a few will not go the way you expect.

Simple format, harder than it looks

True or false looks like the easiest quiz format there is: two options, fifty-fifty odds, no way to be truly stumped. In practice it's one of the trickiest, because half of what everyone "knows" turns out to be a myth that got repeated until it sounded official. This pool of 30 statements mixes plain facts with popular misconceptions, so guessing your way through it rarely works out.

Everything here is checkable

The questions cover astronomy, biology, geography, and history, and every statement is either verifiably correct or a genuine widespread myth. Nothing is a trick of wording. If a claim surprises you, it's worth looking up afterwards — that's usually the point where a quiz actually teaches you something.

How to play

Each round pulls 15 statements at random from the pool of 30, so you get a different set every time and can replay without memorizing the order. Play alone to see your percentage, or read the statements out loud to a group and have everyone commit before the answer is revealed. It works especially well as a warm-up round on trivia night.
