By downloading or using Truth or Dare Party Night ("the app") you agree to these terms.
Licence
You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as described in Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies to this app.
Subscriptions and purchases
- Premium is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.
- The weekly subscription includes a discounted first week for new subscribers. After that first week it renews at the standard weekly price.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
- Payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy, not by us.
Play safely and respectfully
The cards are meant for fun between people who have agreed to play. Nobody is required to answer a question or perform a dare. Skip anything that makes a player uncomfortable, unsafe or that would break a law. You are responsible for what you choose to do while playing.
Age
The app is rated 12+. Do not use it if you are below the minimum age required in your country to accept these terms.
Content
All cards, artwork and text in the app belong to us and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.
Ads
The free version is supported by advertising. Buying Premium removes ads.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
