🧷 Attachment Style Quiz
How do you behave when you get close to someone? This 12-question attachment style quiz shows which style fits you best: secure, anxious, avoidant, or disorganized.
What does an attachment style tell you?
Attachment style is a framework for describing our habits around trust, closeness, and distance in intimate relationships. Some of us want to talk the second something goes wrong; others need to pull back and collect themselves first. This attachment style quiz looks at your first reaction in 12 everyday situations, from unanswered texts to arguments, jealousy, and time apart, and shows you the style you sit closest to.
How to read your result
Your attachment style is a learned reflex, not a life sentence. It can shift over time and even from partner to partner. You'll get much more out of the result if you read it as "this is usually my first move under stress" rather than "this is who I am." The real gain is catching that reflex in the moment and being able to name what you need while you're still calm. Coming out secure doesn't mean everything is perfect, and coming out anxious or avoidant isn't a flaw.
Important note
This is a self-reflection tool. It is not a diagnosis, psychological or medical, and it doesn't replace an evaluation by a professional. If you notice a pattern that keeps repeating and keeps hurting, a therapist or couples counselor can offer a far clearer road map than any quiz.
The attachment style test is completely free, with no account needed. It opens in your phone's browser, nothing you answer is stored anywhere, and you can retake it as many times as you like.
