👀 Jealousy Test
Measure your jealousy level in 12 questions: a healthy spark, or a weight you're carrying?
Is jealousy always bad?
Jealousy is a natural response to the possibility of loss, and everyone feels it sometimes. The problem isn't the feeling itself, it's what we do with it. A brief pang passes; jealousy that turns into checking, interrogating, and constantly seeking reassurance wears out both you and the relationship. This jealousy test puts you in 12 everyday scenarios and looks at which side your reaction falls on.
How to interpret your result
A low score doesn't mean you're unfeeling, and a high score doesn't make you a bad partner. High scores usually trace back to insecurity, past hurt, or a low tolerance for uncertainty, and all of those can be worked on. What's useful is noticing what sets you off: is it slow replies, social media, or past relationships? Knowing your trigger is the first step toward putting space between the trigger and the reaction.
Note
This is a self-awareness tool. It is not a diagnosis, psychological or medical, and it doesn't replace professional advice. If jealousy is seriously straining your daily life or your relationship, talking to a professional helps a great deal.
The jealousy test is free and needs no account; it runs in your browser on your phone. Use the result not as a verdict on its own, but as an opening line for talking about boundaries with your partner.
